Return Policy

30-day returns

Not happy for any reason? Return any unopened pack within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Opened packs can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus the strips used — we get it, you had to try one.

How to start a return

Email info@aiblkr.com with your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and a sentence about why you're returning. We'll reply within 2 business days with a return address and instructions. Return shipping is on us if the product arrived damaged or we made an error; otherwise the return postage is on you.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving the return, back to the card you paid with via Stripe. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged or wrong orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or just wrong, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or refund — your choice, no return required.

What the product does (and doesn't do)

The AI Blocker strip defeats phone face-unlock — tested on iPhone Face ID and Samsung Galaxy face recognition. It does not defeat street or store surveillance facial recognition, and we don't claim it does. If you bought it expecting that, we'd rather refund you than have an unhappy customer: email us within 30 days.
